BIA is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented self-starter to play a key sales and client support role. This is a high impact role in our small innovative organization and supports the Sales and Account Management groups. You will understand the importance of being responsive to a demanding and highly sophisticated internal and external client base, and manage projects such as sales metrics reporting, client documentation preparation for meetings, and marketing initiatives.
This role has responsibility for a diverse portfolio of functions in accounting and financial reporting and operations, human resources and other internal processes. You will serve as an important leader and resource for colleagues in our Boston headquarters and remote employees. You must have high professional standards, be flexible in responding to the varying nature of the role, and should have an entrepreneurial spirit and strive to exceed expectations.
