A BIA Expert participates in the management meeting or call, to the extent requested by client. In real-time, our Expert can provide behavioral insights, identify areas to probe for greater clarity and formulate follow-up questions. Post meeting, BIA will also provide a written behavioral analysis and debrief, providing focus areas for follow-on conversations.

BIA’s proprietary Tactical Behavior Assessment methodology was derived from the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and is used to identify language and behavioral cues that indicate when an individual isn’t being entirely candid.
