Both the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) and the European Central Bank (ECB) raised interest rates last week. On the surface it appears that both the FOMC and ECB will continue to raise interest rates the next several months, though, of course, policymakers’ expectations could change as new economic data comes out.
